On the 18th September the Pervasive Media Studio (where Mobile Pie reside) celebrated its success so far, and the good times to come, with the official launch party. The event was a chance to show the prestigious guests what we had been up to and how vital the studio is to the Bristol Media scene.
To add some fun to the preceedings Mobile Pie came up with a very simple SMS game called Clue-Mo!, a murder mystery not at all based on popular murder mystery board game Cluedo.
On arrival, guests received their first text message, revealing the strange disappearance of an intended speaker at the event. Throughout the night, however, clues came thick and fast via SMS and it was a race to see who could discover the kidnapper, and the location of the captive before the night was over. However the only way to do this was to piece together all the different clues received by all the different guests at the party, by enquiring what they knew.
There were many correct answers submitted and the random draw pulled out John Bradford as the winner – well done John!
